getting an new bike

well i am seling the blaster, and getting a 1996 Banshee, but the kicker is the banshee is not stock, its being professional built,
it comes with pro design heads, ldr exhaust, full new transmission, 32 mm carbs-tuned, raceing chain, and a few other extra goodies,
now i have two other bikes that i want to beat, one is a 04 preditor 440 and the other is a 1986 LT250R, now from what i have read stock for stock the preditor and the banshee are a drivers race, piped and modded the banshee should walk all over the preditor, correct??? as for the LT250R how bad will i own him, its my brothers bike and for some reason he does not think he will lose to the banshee, we are both pertty good riders, and my balster which is pretty heavily modded runs with the LT till bout the top of third and then he start to pull on me , so what will the outcome be guys?
