How many miles do you have on your 660 Grizzly?

2003 Grizzly just bought it brand new. 390km. Took it to the dealer for the 20 hour service and it came back with 40 hours on it but with same km. Nobody can tell me what that is all about. Had to put a heat kit on it but other than that it is the beast I expected it to be

I have an 02 with 980 miles and no problems except hard to start in really cold temps.

My '02 has about 2600 hard miles on it. I've had a sticky (when below freezing) choke cable once, had it replaced. Had a sticking throttle cable twice. First time I found a break in the cable casing near the carburetor linkage and that allowed water / mud to get in, so that cable was replaced (under warranty). The second time was during the middle of a 4 day Hatfield McCoy run, we field stripped the thing to clean out the affected areas and lubed the cable and it has been working fine since. Broke my stock hitch twice. 1st time was a broken bolt, so I drilled out the holes and put in larger, hard (grade 8) bolts. Next time I broke the hitch plate at the bolt, so I tossed that cheap piece of metal and cut a new one from a hefty truck hitch (1/2" thick steel). No more problems with the hitch.
Finally this past spring I noticed some wobble in the front wheels (you could wiggle them from side to side a good amount and there was also excessive slop in the steering stem), so I took it to the dealer and had them fix it (they ended up replacing some front end parts that were worn, total bill including labor was around $600). Also in the spring (I think it was) I had the "heat fighter kit" installed (even though I never had an issue with this but it was a free installation by the dealer). One more thing, I replaced the front disk brake pads this past spring because they were nearly completely worn away. There was plenty left on the rear brake pad though.
I run 26" Dirt Devils on ITP C-Series wheels in the spring, summer and fall. Then 27" 589s on C-Series wheels through the winter (more stress on the drive train over the stock wheel / tire configuration.
I recently removed my Warn 2.0 winch and replaced it with a Warn 3.0ci. While I had the plastic off of it I tweeked my shift linkage because it was starting to get a little hard to get into Park and into low range...

I've been wondering how many miles the Grizzly can take before stuff starts wearing out. i got 1300 on mine in about 9 months. I put about 210 miles on it last Memorial Day Weekend. I had a Wolverine that I really put some miles on. I hardly feel like I rode the Grizzly, so I must have really put alot of miles on the Wolverine. On the Wolv. I went through several sets of wheel bearings, wore a gear in the rear differential, wore the splines on the rear axle inside the transfer case, I don't know how many brake pads and I wore out a hub. The dealer said I must of put a ton of miles on it for it to wear like that. I just hope the Grizzly will hold up.
