Default Is there a Plow Kit Available for the '04 Trail Boss 330?

Hi,

My Wife has the 04' Trail Boss 330, I know Polaris makes a plow kit, but it seams a bit pricy, who else makes a plow kit for this model? What's the best one to get?

I know its not a 4x4, but we really don't get much snow just a few inches.. Does this machine have enough power to work as a plow? I know its a little on the under powered side.

Thanks,

-ThaChad

Are Cycle Country Plow's any good? The whole kit is only about $500, compaired to Polaris's $700.

Thanks,

ThaChad, OK now don't trash your Boss on this thread I don't know where you can find a plow. Do a search on here under Polaris and see what brands comes up. Your Boss should plow snow just fine I think - if you use chains. Do a search on chains here and you should see a good thread on how to install and use them for trouble free operation, such as, deflate some air then install chains, use bunjies on inside and out for each tire, slow speeds.

The Boss is a very good machine. I hope you get things worked out on it and you'll begin to see it's finer points. You'll need to adjust that chain a few times at first as it stretches. Read your owners manual and..... make friends here Chad.
