What do you have to say about the companies that supply the aftermarket parts for our quads? good experiences or bad? customer service?

I dont like LSR I think their Customer Service sucks A-Hole. They LAgged On a part i ordered, canceled teh ordered after 3 months and after 5 months they shipped it to my house and they charged me. i finnaly got a full refund through my Credit Card Co.

well just have to see for me. I placed an order last night through Rocky Mtn ATV for 600+ bucks in goods.
Ive been searching around for the last 3 weeks onling, different stores around here, catalogs, you name it, and rocky mtn had the best prices on stuff.

Ive heard nothing but good about them so i dont think theres gonna be any problems.

I have heard bad about alba though.......so i opted no to order my nerfs through them.

 

Yea Alba Action Sports is very horrible with shipping and getting there orders correect. I ordered a $20 dollar christmas present for my friend 4 days before i went on vacation and i specifically ordered 2nd day shipping because i was leaving on vacation and i didn't want a box sitting on my doorstep for 2 weeks. Little do ya know the box came 5 days from when i ordered it!!! Well i was away on vacation and the box was sitting there. I actually had my neighbor take it in to there house. When i got back to pick up the box WHAT DO YOU KNOW---- The wrong piece!!!!!! WTFFFF well there customer support sucks!!!! So when i called them up nobody answered there phones so i couldn't talk to them. Finally when i got in touch i had the guy send out a new piece the way i liked it for a RAPTOR660. I specifically told him RAPTOR660. What do you know--- part came for a suzuki z400 or somthing lik that. So i was pissed. I called them up a couple times-- Can i talk to the owner? He is not in right now do you want to leave him a message? No ma'am. Can i talk to the manager? No sir ill direct you to parts beeep----- I didn't even have a chance to say anything after that she directed me to parts but we got disconnected (she probably hung up on me)

So yea i ordered this stuff december 18th and the part finally got here Jan 15.. Greaaaat

Rocky Mountain ATV is great parts come on time maybe a little earlier. There shipping is just more expensive!!!
Magic Racing is very cheap i never ordered through them though.

Oh yea Alba Action Sports also messed up my order 2 years ago and i refused to order through them again but for a $20 dollar part i couldn't see what to loose. Im never ordering through them again!!!!!

 

Durablue, Magic Racing, Terrycable, PRM Products, and a few members on E-bay have been excellent to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Ripper Racing, RMATV, and Golden West Cycle are all on my $hit list.

 

RMATV, Magic Racing and Moto Man have all been good to me...........

 

Rocky Mountain has been really good! We got mixed up once a few years back I was ordering rims and they sent the wrong bolt pattern but they sent UPS that day to pick them up paid for the shipping and I had the right rims in 3 days and I live in PA so that is pretty good. I like RMATV. Since then I have spent nearly 4000 dollars just there alone!
