Default Durablue axle question

Sorry for the stupid question but.... is the width of the Durablue Eliminator axle adjustable?
And what is the best place to get it from?
Thanks

Just checked DB's item list, they dont make a 2+2 for the bomb, just an eliminator. 268 at RM is a great price though, list is 425 from DB.
