my 400 has 3200 miles on it, I beat on it pretty hard and its held up perfectly fine. no problems or failures of any kind even with all of the performance parts. when it was bone stock it had a better top end than some sportsman 500's in our ridng group. of course it gets murdered 0-45 but it slowly creeps up and passes. it's probably got something to do with the bore of the piston so it can get to the higher RPMs quicker than the 500s

Don't remember the HP, but I think it's around 28 (don't quote me on that though). Mine will do 57 on dirt - a tad faster on pavement, but I've done some clutch work. Think it was about 54 stock.

Other than a couple of minor problems that it never should have left the factory with, it's been 100% dependable.
