my 85 350x has sat for about 4 months not really being started or anything, last time i rode it torwds the end it was pottering, like it was out of gas but it wasn't. so yesterday i knew the gas was old so i cleaned the tank out, flushed the system of the old fuel, cleaned the hole pea **** steam, even but gas treatment in it. it run fine for about 10 mins then started pottering again, i cant see why, any info would be great, i did let the fuel out of the carb throw the bottom hose.

 

flush your carb, and clean up your intake.
