THE SECRET TO PUTTING ON NEW GRIPS IS HERE.........
#1
I've been having a ruff time putting on my new grips lately. Ive tried glue, hiarspray, soap and water and nothing has seemed to work. but a couple of minutes ago i was thinking up a way to put the grips on...then it dawned on me. i sanded down the handlebar a little so its ruff then cleaned the inside of the grip thoroughly and used an air compressor to get it on. no sliding at all! I highly reccomend trying this if you were stuck like me...sorry for the overly excited post but i had to let out my energy...

The air thing works well for most grips. If you get the Cabela's heated ones it won't. After putting on several sets, I found the easiest way is to spray the bars with WD40 and tapping on the end of the grip with a hammer and block of wood.
