suspension on a Scrammy 400

Default suspension on a Scrammy 400

i have a question, could the rear suspension on a scrambler 400 just snap just by not being ridden in about two weeks or so. i was supposed to get that quad, but the guy said that the rear suspension just snapped. i want to know if hes lying or not.

ya, but he hasn't ridden this quad in like two weeks or so. how could the suspension just snap. he said that he sat on it to start it up, (hes a BIG guy) and it just dropped.

maybe he weakened the mount the last ride and him sitting on it finished it off.i dont know,i never seen or heard of the problem..

well, the last time he rode it, it was on a frozen lake right near his house. no jumps or bumps on the lake. i'v never heard of that happening either, but i just cannot figure out if that could really happen. He also said that 3 out of 4 of his brake calapers were frozen. can that happen?

sounds like hes fulla crap as far as the suspension goes. ive had brake calipers freeze up on me after washing it in really cold weather.

well, we were trading quads,(i have a yamaha 400 kodiak) and he loves to break peoples ball a lot. hes coming up to mu house on the 18th and he just called the other day and told me that the suspension snapped and 3 out of 4 calapers froze up. i think hes just playin around but i wanted to be sure and ask some of you because i really want this quad. thanks

probably had something broke and it finally gave up. 3 outta 4?, scrammy only got 3.
