Just home from an arena cross event in Tulsa. Always crowded and a good show as we dont get indoor events for cycles and quads here much plus they served us adult spectators with several bars around the space. I took along a bunch of freinds that dont ride and they were standing there with their mouths open.
Freestyle too...cycles doin backflips and stuff off some ramps and mounds.
Cool show; sold out; gotta be a larger market that could be accomodated.
This is held each year in a nice Brand New Livestock Arena but it is <U>dangerously too small</U>. I saw many fans upset because the walkways were full from the time the doors opened to allow people in the arena.
Just wish that this event was held in IPE EXPO CENTER next door to this arena.
Any other locals on here? Opinions?
