i just got a new quad and io want to know if there is a better quad outt here for me and if so not too much money

 

Well it depends on what type of terrain you ride in, but wouldn't this have been a better question to ask before you bought the 400EX?

 

yea but i diodnt buy it my mom did so i had no choice i never new i was getting it but she said i can trade it in

 

There are faster quads. There are better handling quads. There are zero, zip, nada more reliable sport quads.
There are many situations were a novice will do better on a 400EX than on "faster" quad. There are many situations where an expert will do better on a 400EX like wheelies, some stunts,and some trails. If you have to ask if there are better sport quads for you then my opinion is that probably for you there are none any better. If you factor in the money you Mother will loose on the deal, then there absolutely is no better quad for you.

 

seriously if my parents payed for a 400ex id shut up and not complain, i have alweys hade to buy my own quads, if u don't like it u can alweys give it to me[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

yea but my mom said to me if u dont like it i can get a nother and i said no its ok but she said she insists that i get a quad that fits me and it does but i wonder if a quad out there will bve better

 

ok...then how tall and hevy are u, will u be doing racing or trail riding? and whut r u looking for in a quad (speed handeling etc). give ur 400ex a chance... they r rely nice trail bikes and are a whole lot of fun...i have one[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] but if ur looking at racing or going rely fast u will have to put a lot of money into it, so u may be better off geting a yfz or 450r...

 

Well, do YOU like it? IMO, the EX is one of the best all around quads out there. I had mine in some places I thought only a 4WD could go, and to make it even better, the new '05s have reverse! I think it's an awesome quad. But don't take our word for it; don't let a bunch of strangers on the net steer you away from it if YOU like it. Congrats!

Really if i had my parents buy a quad for me i wouldnt complain one bit. Then again i had to buy my own so i got the best 400 on the market, a kfx400. Really though if its free who cares.
