I was thinking...could I put a plow on my 200sx??, I could get something like a 48in. blade and make a mounting kit for it. One problem though...you would also need a winch to lift and lower it...you probably could but it would be pretty tight with all that stuff.
My friend uses his Honda 125 for plowing snow in driveways...he uses tire chains to increase traction, I would need chains for sure.

Back in 97 I saw a guy with a plow on his 200 sx.
It was 36 to 42" long. I never got to talk to the guy about it, but I know it has been done more then once.

I abuse the heck out of my SX, it can easly handel one. Just make sure the auto clutch is fully locked up when plowing. Mine is almost shot after my dad used the quad to pull a small disk unit from a kubota around our field and was not going fast enough to let the clutch grab.

next thing you'll be putting duals on the back for traction!!!

a dozerblade on an atv is one thing which never sold in my neighbour hood......i see ride on mower companies marketing them though (if i want something like that i grab a tractor)....
you might find a blade off a ride on or something

winch.....na....that will put to much wiegh on the front....lol......then you'll be battling

remeber it is only 200cc 2wd!

ride hard.......plow hard!

How will I lift the blade then???

It will be good to have alot of weight on the front for plowing the snow...I'll just have to put cement blocks on the rear racks to weigh her right down so theirs alot of traction. Can't wait now to do this...maybe I should wait until I get a new ATV then put a plow on it and just have a winch on the 200. We are probably getting a new ATV before the snow flys

I'd like to make one myself if I can. But I may have to get a plow from a lawn-tractor and make a mount for it.
