I definately recommend a week if you are going down there. we did 120 miles in two days of riding and still didn't see the whole trail system. and that was just in ONE of the % systems they have down there! Awesome place. If you are heading there. be sure to check out the forum on www.quadcrew.com and look under the hatfield mccoy folder. Randy livingood posts super descriptive details about daily rides and the trails. a must visit if you are going! he just posted a nice post of our visit there with him and his wife. we stayed in one of his cabins and I couldn't recommend it more. they pamper you with home cooking and everything. be sure to look them up if you are in the town of Gilbert!!!!!!

We went last year in May, and we had a blast. I can't wait to go again. We are staying at Logan right at the the rolling thunder race park.

We saw that Park on our way to gilbert. Looks like they have a devistating hill climb there! we had a blast last weekend. we saw a total of 3 other four wheelers while we were there. it was like having the whole place to ourselves!

I seen alot of quads, but I think we seen alot more of dirt bikes. We did not get to see the hill climb last year, thats why we are going in June to make sure it's open. I did drag race....that was a blast.

Quite easily I might add. I rarely had to use the four wheel drive. Until we went through a 3 foot deep mud hole at one point. I was amazed at just how steep those inclines are and how sharp the switch backs can get. Exhilarating is all I can say!
