nice!
Did you have to adjust the shifter linkage when you bent the rod for clearance?

Are those the headers off a 800? Tell us if they made any difference.

jimmypsp700, I didn't have to adjust the linkage I just bent the rod a little to clear works great.

GE4x4, Yea they are the 800 headers and made a nice improvment.

20045SP500HO, More low end and mid power it has awsome trottle repsonse.

Anyone looking to put the header on your twin It's really worth doing. I'm still playing with the jetting I just put a cam & the header on and its running lean on top end. I have a 167.5 main jet in I think I might need a some were around a 175. Where does everyone get there jets from?

If you look in the pictures you can see the first exhaust shield is right next to the floorboard I had to trim the corner off of the floorboard it was just a small piece. I had to move the muffler about a 1/4" forward. It had just a small leak and the 1/4" fixed it.

Yea I got if off ebay. Moving the muffler I had to take it off and slot the mounting holes on the muffler to let it slide forward. The sound is not louder but you can tell its flowing more air.

after I get the wheels/tires on I think the next mod I am going to do is the 800 header and air snorkle tube mods. the EFI will compensate for the difference in air intake and exhaust won't it.
