Default MrHp intake in his album-

i was just looking at his pics and seen one of intake reconstruction and it said it made 4 more hp with stock motor stock pipe stock endcap my question is I put a new MrHp JE 11.2:1 piston, MrHp race ported intake,MrHp billet endacp so how much more hp can i get from my mods?i bought my endcap, intake from craneman so i am curious if mrhp only has one that makes 4 hp or is there another one?I am assuming i have the right one craneman said he spent like 170.00 with shipping on the intake so i hope thats the one that makes 4 more hp, thanks again fellas

I dont know but thats a tough question to answer and without a couple of dyno runs the best anybody can do is speculate.
I could see picking up a few HP 1-3 in optimal conditions AT BEST! Of course I too can only speculate......

a ported intake is definitely worth having, even with a stock carb, whether it came from hpresearch, RWR, or Pami, and all 3 of these companies charge well over $100 for their intakes.

but whether or not any of these can actually make 4hp alone is infinitely debatable. if the hpresearch bike goes from 45hp stock outa the box to 51hp as the website dyno results describe wth endcap, lectron carb, and intake combined, then 4hp just from the intake doesn't jive to me.

Hey J-A 650, I wouldnt look at it like its going to make or break a win when you race rather than compliment the other mods you may have. Its sort of like having the right tire pressure in a given situation , it may be what you need to have the edge over somebody else.

Minute? Yes! But its something that youll want to have given all the other things you have invested in.

Right now the weather is fantastic! In the low 60s and its been raining on and off for the past 3 or so days with one or two more to go. Im in construction and the rain helps slow down the framers so I can catch up! Thats also great for riding here too. No dust and the ground gets super tacky in the desert a day or two after the rain leaves. No better time to ride the desert than now !!
