left Pbrake on, messed something up

I accidentally left the park brake (lever lock) on for about 30 hours a while ago. Now the left front brake doesnt work. I treid to bleed to see if there was air in the line but it didnt help.
There doesnt appear to be any fluid leaking. I thought maybe the piston cup seal could have deformed somehow... Do these calipers have cup seals like car calipers?
Any Idea what I could have done?

is 30 hours correct or 30 minutes?
The pads and rotor may be worn out and under sized and not able to grab. Is the caliper piston fully extended?
I would get new pads and possibly rotor if the piston / caliper is working properly.

According to my Polaris manual, the brake will bleed down if left on for a period of time. I've noticed this when I load them up for a ride. I'll lock the brake, and when I get to my destination (more than 2 hours) the brake has bled down. A pump or two on the lever and it's back to normal. If you did leave it on for 30 hours, and rode it during that time, I would say you've worn them out. I've left mine on for a 100 yards or so before, and had no problems.

I should have clarified my post. I didnt ride it during that time. I left the parking brake set for about 30 hours while the machine was on a trailer. There may only be about 20 hours on the machine, the brake pads look quite good still.
When I say it doesnt work I mean if you are rolling and grab the brake hard the one side will skid but the other side doesnt seem to be working. Enough to kinda throw the quad sideways a bit due to uneven brake power in the front.
I have two identical machines and the one that works fine has a little tighter brake lever compared to the other. Thats the reason I tried to bleed them first. I thought they had bled down? Or gotten air in the system somehow.
Maybe I just need to bleed them a little more?

Did you have any leaks? Might want to check to see in any seals may have worn. If it was parked the whole time, it shouldn't have hurt it.

I parked my bike with the brake on. My son asked if he could ride it and I told him yes. About 10 minutes later he came over the hill with the rear rotor glowing. When he stopped the rear caliper burst into flames. Needed to upgrade the 1999 system anyway. wanted to take it out of the sons a$# but stayed calm cause my dad was there. All my dad did was laugh and say now it is your turn.
