What is a better cam for yamaha raptor webcam or a hotcam does any one have the spec. on webcam. I have the spec. on stage 2 hotcam

 

I'm not for sure what would be the better cam for you. I resently put a Hot cam in my 700 sportsman. I choose Hot cams over Web cam because Hot cams makes there cams out of blanks & Web cams takes stock cams weld and regrind them. With Hot cams you don't have a core charge and get to keep you stock cam.

 

Depends on what you want to do with your Raptor. If you want the best drag race cam, call Craycraft Racing. If you go that route, you'll need to make other changes to take advantage of the extreme rpm. If you want an all around trail/dune cam on a mild motor, it's hard to beat the Hotcam Stage 2 on a Raptor.

 

i already have a 700 lrd kit with stage 2 hot cam ported head and ovesized valves I was just looking for a more agresive cam for my rappy

 

Then you need to call Bob Craycraft, www.14mins.com, he's got a new cam for the Raptor that's making power above 9k rpm. You'll need a Dyna CDI to raise the factory rev limiter and it's not a drop in cam but if you're after "more aggressive", that's the cam you want.
