Dirt Wheels mag

GOOD LORD!!!!
Since when did Dirt Wheels magazine become Cosmo? 19 pages of ads before ANY text?!?! Then, MORE THAN 65% of the remaining pages are ads?
What happened to the articles of WHERE to ride, WHAT's new to ride, HOW to hop up your ride?
What are you guys reading these days (other than this forum )?
I'm dropping Dirt Wheels a line on this crazyness.

Hey fsu174u your right Dirt Wheels are becoming a little wussy. You have to flip through 25 pages
before you get to anything good. I do wnat to read about places to ride and articles about the
new rigs out there. I guess they have a bunch of women making the mag now.

The subscriptions and newsstand sales dont pay for the printing, let alone expenses and wages. Some one has to pay the bills, and unfortunetly this is how its done.
Ever try to place a 3 line ad in the weekend paper...50 bucks for two days! Ever watch a 1/2 hour tv show? 1/3 is commericials, a full 10 minutes. Ever see the ads at the top of this page?
If they didnt have advertizing, youd be paying 12 bucks an issue for dirt wheels...any takers?
