Default reed valve #2 post

I didn't get anywhere in the Honda Forum. Is there anyone running a V Force 3 Reed valve in their 85-86 250R? If so, how well does it work?

Thanks,

JkAss

I'm sure someone is, although, we trike guy tend to be frugal. I am running boyseen reeds on stock cage. I have read somewhere here that unless you are going to go 330+ cc's on displacement (or significant porting) you won't gain much with the VForce over Boyseen petals.

Mine has has a 330 big bore kit. So I guess I'll try to use the V Force 3 and see how it works.

Thanks,

I have found that Rad valves work better for smaller engines like a stock R, and V-force work better on bigger motors.

I have the rad valve - couldn't tell much difference between it and the stock intake to be completely honest..
