Branch stuck through radiator on Sportsman
#1
A guy here at work came to me before and asked if i could fix his 4-wheeler for him. He has an 03 Sportsman 700, and said the other day he was in the woods, and a branch jammed into his radiator, and al the AF ran out. I haven't seen it yet, But a new one is $300. Can these radiators be repaired at a radiator shop????

Any good radiator shop could repair or rebuild it or even make a new better one ... the only problem is the price vs getting a new stock one.

I almost did this same thing ditch riding last weekend.
Ran into a metal stake. lucky for me it hit that eye hole for towing and stuck there.
I was VERY lucky.
I would see what a radiator shop can do for yah. seems to me they would be much cheeper.

sounds like what happened to me....my fan came off and put a huge slice clear down the radiator, so instead of buying a new one for 280, i had it repaired and patched for 50
