i've got a few questions
1. my quad is starting to burn some oil.. i had to add a full quart tonight.. after filling it up about a week ago. any idea on how to solve this problem? *i need a top end.. this have anythign to do with it?*

2.the new 400ex have reverse.. is they're a place where you can get the reverse gear for a 2002, or in the near future will that be an option?

3. i need to put a new top end in the quad, should i just buy a wiseco piston, with stock compression, size etc. -- or should i step it up a notch or two and get the 416 kit? --- what will i get my monies worth out of? - power wise, and speed? so the question for this is -- what do you recomend me doing/getting with my top end when it comes time to rebuild.. i ride mainly woods but, am lookin for both more speed/power.

4. if you suggest a 416 kit or anything other than stock.. what will i need to buy, and what am i looking at money wise...?


5. what websites/magazines do you recommend for cheap parts?

It is very possible that you are burning so much oil b/c you need new valve seals..does it smoke a little until it gets warmed up? go to THIS for cheap deals on big bore kits..no more than $200...and has a GOOD name on it too..

welp..there are LRD, Powroll, Wiseco , Trinity, Mickey Dunlap, CT Racing, and LA Sleeve.. There are a few more but those are the ones right off the top of my head..
