my wife never liked riding the magnum 500. well last weekend at dumont she rode my bephews 04 tld and i could not get her off of it. she kept telling me she wanted one. so yesterday i suprised her with it. i do like the new trans although 5th is a little low. it should be grat for drag racing up comp hill with 3rd being the last gear used. the suspention is awsome and the reverse is cool. she didnt like the way it sounded so i put my old pro circuit tip on it to ad some bark. all in all i and she love it. we will get it out this weekend to do some head to head comperisons. the only ? i have is what is the diffrence between me using a clamp on k&n right on thecarb or using a k&n after the snorkle? i have a k&n that would go on the carb. that would save me 120$.

thanks for the link EAB! it sounds 50/50. i talked to doug and he said its about the same as using the snorkle. its just harder to get jetted properly. and silverbullet2005 i love her bike ut mine is way faster do to my mods so im not too upset.
