Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

No need to rejet with the WB as long as you dont add too many discs. No need to reclutch if you dont want to but you will see real gains if you do clutch it.

the amount of discs that comes in it is about max if youre adding a filter. more than a coupe added you should jet it.

No I had no problems with it just that it is a bit on the loud side and too many people where complaining so I took it off for a while. IT works really well though.

yes i agree with you the pipe is pretty loud. with all 8 disks and the end cap on it sounded like a cobra exaust imo. i had to remove 3 disk to get it at a ok sound. im not sure what others sound like as i have not heard them. i also did not rejet. and i like the pipe. btw it is considered spark arested soo if say i left 8 disks in can the nahbiors still call on me? i have some nosiey ones.... and can i ride it on public trials? i belive it can only be so loud or does it just have to have the stamp of us forestry app?

Is it more quiet with less disc or does it make it louder? I have all mine in with a spark arrestor to make it more quiet but it didn't do much.

the more dics added the freer flowing and more noise.

stork,
it depends on where you ride, most all require the spark arreseter and be within 94-96 dbs.
check with your local DNR.
