I emailed and asked about the kit for the sticking front brakes and they say that they send you some springs that you have to cut down until they are just right, can some one who has had it done be a little more specific and explain it a little better to me.

He is going to send you some springs that fit over the pins, you will put the springs between the the brake pads to keep them away from the rotor. I will see if I can get a pictures of them and show you, wants you see it done it's easy to do. You will have to cut the springs, they are to long.

I was wondering if the drag causes premature pad wear. (not like I don't have enough mods to do on my bike anyway) I am sure there is some amount of wear but is it substantial? I am perfectly content with leaving it the way that it is.

I never use my front brakes when I drag, the only time I use them is trail riding.

Kman01 how do you like that carb mod? I just traded my Pure Polaris Pipe to a HMF Pipe, I wanted something different, since 3 out of the 4 Preds I ride with have them. I will get some pictures up as soon as I get it on, I also got a new seat cover, and my swing arm should be here before the weekend.

Hey raj, wut is the compression rate of those springs? Also, i work on allison trannys and we have some pretty stiff to super flimsy springs we use in the valve bodies, maybe i can find one to work there.

All I know is if they are to strong you will not have much brake. I use my front brakes alot when I trail ride.

It's hard compress with finger's. I think he only charged me $1.00 per spring, and one spring will do both sides.
