Default Thinking abpuit vdi for 650

I am thinking about getting the vdi unit iam hearing about. Is this really worth it. With the extra power is anyone with these units snapping axels or breaking any other parts. This is my only concern. Will the unit reduce the reliability of my machine?? Please advise!!

I can only say from experience.....GET IT!!...way cool and it is your best bang for the buck..There are other things like snorkelling the air intake, jetting and the muffler mod you can do as well..but the module is definately the first and best step...it improves the bottom end big time and it will not hurt the bike (unless you flip over backwards) I'm not a big guy ( 170 lbs)before I put it on I couldn't get the tires off the ground now I need a wheelie bar installed before something gets broke..

Here is the link
http://www.velocitydevices.com/
They have the Module and snorkel kit
The installation instructions will give the proper jet size for your elevation as well..

It is definately worth it,like chezz said it is the best bang for the buck mod you can do to these v-twins.It won't hurt anything, unless you flip it over backwards, which will be very easy to do.
You will not have to re-jet with it either, just wire it in (very easy) and hang on.
