Default Getting ready for summer :) HPD airbox mod

Just ordered a new HPD clutch kit and HPD airbox mod from Rick, so I can be ready when the cold weather breaks. After reading the last post, I might be getting a Tach too and wiring it in

Going to get ridding boots this weekend.

The airbox mod kit comes with all the jets and stuff and was wondering how hard it is to do the airbox mod and jets?

Jim, I have pics of the airbox install at my photo page. It isnt very hard and does come with everything you need, including the rivits for the scoop. Take your time when you are fitting the scoop to the lid and make sure you have adaquent clearence for the clamps to clear the scoop so that it will still clamp the lid down.

Take BBS advice and take your time when placement of the scoop on the lid make sure everything snaps closed.
After I did the install my Bike has never idled so good. I have yet to take it for a run but will soon
