Stock which is faster the Honda TRX 450 or the DS650?

REALLY? I did a search for the TRX 450 and couldn't find any threads on this forum.

 

Do the search for 450r and you shouldnt have any problems figuring it out. I hope this helps!!

 

My Stage III bud raced one with a pipe and cam... he beat him but by only 2 lenghts. Both were good drag racers.

 

In my experience, racing my friend over and over, the TRX is faster stock. This is only my expierience though. We did switch bikes and if I rode his bike the TRX would be farther ahead than if he was riding. I could even holeshot him on the DS and he would still pass me on the top end. ( Not anymore though )

 

Raced a stock 450r got him off the line he caught up to me when i hit 4th then i hit 5th and pulled away

 

I cant wait until the snow is gone and can get back out on the trails, im sure i'll run into a 450r...in fact im lookin forward to it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

WOW This is not much of a testament to the speed of the DS. We are talking about a 650 v.s 450. I would think there would be no question about which is faster regardless of what gear your in....... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

 

When your talking about CC's vs CC's there is one small factor that you have to consider...thats what we know as power to weight ratio!! It kills you everytime! Get the DS down to 350lbs and sit back and grin!!
