200X cam chain

I have a 1983 200X and I don't have the Service manual. I was wondering how you check for the right tension and adjust the cam chain? If someone could tell me how I would highly appreciate it!

200X cam chain

warm it up and let it idle loosen the 14 mm bolt behind the left side of the cylinder jug about half a turn and then retighten
