you must be a repeated law breker. i also voted yes. but i voted yes due to the laws we have in tennessee. Ours aint that bad. actually we have none except carrying permits in certain places and in like sum of the risin places main roads have speed limits. what kind of laws are they talkin about????????

I voted yes here too - kinda a no brainer.
"The DNR has no right to touch your ATV" Not if you are riding it where you should but if you are repeatedly breaking the rules of the public riding areas you deserve to be quadless. Of course there is a simple alternative: If you get enough people riding in a public riding area breaking some basic rules and they cannot enforce those rules, they can always just shut down the entire riding area to everyone.

I have not been in trouble with the law at all. People that do not ride ATVs and the government are trying to own us and tell us where to ride. You still should be respectful though to private land. I dont want stupid liberals trying to rule this country!
