What tire would perform the best on a 300 2wd sport quad. Mud Sharks, or super swampers.

 

Super swapers or Gators.

 

bearclaws or mudlites. Super swampers are way to heavy for a 300

 

How do you like your berclaws?? i was thinking about them as well.

 

My bearclaws work awsome. Thats what everybody around here runs on the 2bys

 

Nice but arent really that boxey i want a boxey tire less tipy, id be getting a 22-11-10.

 

Looking at your pictures i see your lakota is set up for play racing or even organized racing. Going with that i would recommend Kenda Klaws I have had a very positive experience on my z 400. The provide adaquite traction while sliding predictably. They are puncture resistant also. They may not be a pure mud tire but mine went fairly decent.

 

Holeshot HD, its a square profile, handles like an xcr on hardpack, has a little more predictable sliding manners with the stiffer sidewalls and they hook like crazy in just about anything. Since i have gotten them in a 20 i have never gotten stuck. I did a torture test with them, i drove out into the middle of a mud pit, stopped, then tried to get out and they found traction somehow and i was able to power out. Great tire, its a little heavy but i suggest it to anyone.

 

My stock Dominators, just don't cut it anymore... esp with the 50% tread left. A friend told me about the holeshot HD's. I think i will go with them. Rite now i'm at 20's. Should i go with 20 or 22?

 

I would stay with 20's unless you need some more ground clearence
