I am not looking for whats faster, or what looks cooler, but I have narrowed it down to these two. I have been riding since I was 5. I have read about some cons about both and and the pros outweigh them. In the winter I sometimes ride a ski-doo rev and the raptors position seems comfortable. Though, my cousin has a 03 predator and it is also a pretty nice machine. Which is better for my money in the long term, i.e mpg, maintence (parts, smaller things like plugs) I can get a 05 predator 5, I have a polaris card I got when I bought a polaris atv this winter so I can pay it off easier, or a 03 or 04 raptor. I hate making hard decisions, and if I had the $$$$ I would buy both. I am basically looking in it to be the easiest to modify, but not break down every few hundred miles, like my cousins predator did when he first got it, the only other quad I have had to look at was my neighbors trx 400, bored to a 440.
