Default Total loss of power on 200x!!!

i have a 200s motor on a 200x frame it has a 240 kit pipe, jet, k&n,port and polish.
I went to go race somebody, took off and the choke came on just a little and died then would not start so i ended taking off the cdi cover and the bolt in the middle of the cam was loose so it was out of time then i got it timed and now it has NO TOP END AND WONT EVEN RAP OUT cleaned carb checked spark advance the pipe is not plugged what is the matter????

Are you 100% positive you timed it to the "F" and not the "T" or that other stray mark ( not sure what it's for )?

Might be an issue with the cdi. I know on my buddies tri-moto it wont even hit 1/4 throttle becuase the cdi is cooked from 1/4 throttle up. It's hard to explain how it works but that might be a problem. my 2c
