Default One More Dirt Wheels Mistake???

The latest issue of DW has a review of the Honda 90. They state that the LEFT BRAKE LEVER ACTUATES THE BRAKES ON ALL 4 WHEELS. Well, I don't know about your machine, but the brake cable on mine goes to the BACK BRAKE ONLY.

Have they done something new for 05, or is DW just wrong again!

As you suspect, there has been no change to the TRX90. DW and ATVAction are pretty consistent in always having several misc. mistakes in their "facts". I suspect that like most media related products that while there are ATV savy types to do the actual testing, most of the editing, writing and final print is done by people with "magazine" skills who have little or no knowledge of ATV's.

I recently picked up a copy of ATVRider magazine. As a long time Dirt Wheels subscriber I was impressed with ATVRider's more mature approach to ATV journalism. It is not as thick as Dirt Wheels, but that is just because it has less ads.

I don't think Dirtwheels even proof reads their articles for technical correctness. All they seem to worry about is spelling and advertizing. This seriously detracts from credibility of everything they have to say IMHO.

I am very surprised that people still read DW. I prefer ATV Sport and ATV Action over DW anyday. I get tired of reading more ads than articles and have not bought a DW in about 6 months.

Wanna another regarding the TRX90 writeup??

They go on and on about how the engine was derived from the ATC90 three wheeler when the engine is actually based on the old TRX70 engine.......even down to the engine mounts.

I find numerous errors in DirtWheels magazine every month and almost always, the information regarded models that were either in production in the past....or a long time model still being produced.

This has been going on for about 4 to 5 years now. Seems everyone on their staff is either below the age of 20 amd wasn't riding when these models were around...or they are above the age of 60 and can't remember a dman thing from that time period.
