that guys right on but if u get new plastic and repaint the engine BAM!!!!!! its worth 2 grand or more

 

What a coincedence....I'm thinking of buying an '86, with new (allegedly) motor...or rebuilt...good plastic and tires and the guy is asking 1,400 Or best offer. I haven't seen it yet...but does this sound like a good deal?? What should I offer??
