Default Mobil 1 Red Cap

It is alright to run the Mobil 1 Red Cap oil in my boss? Also what does it mean when they say an oil is made for wet clutches.

Wet clutches are on manual transmission bikes, like the Raptor. The motor oil is in the clutch system, as well as the engine, therefore, standard motor oil is not recommended.

We Polaris owners have external clutch systems (the PVT) that don't see the oil. You can run regular motor oil.

I believe the Mobil 1 red cap is their 15W50 weight. That'll work okay, but isn't ideal if your outside temperature is extremely cold. Mobil also makes a 0W40 that's about half the price of the Polaris equivalent.
