Default setting toe caused handle bars to be off

Hello Eveyone, a while back I posted on my rancher AT pulling to the right and the problems I had with it. Now that i have the toe set the way I want it the handle bars have about a .25" of play in them before they begin to turn the front wheels. Im thinking there is a bolt on the steering column but dont know where it is. I really have no idea, but I was hoping someone could give me some advice. I m about ready to take it out and burn it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Before you started adjusting the toe..was there 1/4" of slack then? Did everything get tightened back up, the way it was?

There is no adjustment for play other than making sure everything is tightened up.
