about changing my rear brake pads!! PLEASE HELP ME ASAP....
i took off the top bolt holding on the caliper.....its being held on by the bottom, but theres a rubber piece there where there should be a bolt...so what the hell do i take off? the rubber? or is there another bolt?

okay i got it off....another problem now, theres a pad on the piston that is all dirty and crap i think its supposed to be glued onto the piston can anyone confirm this? if so what glue should i use?

okay now I CANT GET THE PISTON IN ALL THE WAY! what the heck do i do? someone please reply cuz i need to get it done within the next hour or so

we tried that....my dad also took out the bleeder screw and tried that didnt work either....i hope someone has a solution, this is embarassing who knew changing pads could be so complicated?

My only other suggestion is you have to get that piston very straight in the bore. Check and see if it's going straight in the bore. If you got it cocked too much in the bore you might have knicked the bore with the piston. If that's the case you will have to hydraulic the piston out of the bore and start over. It's kinda hard to get the piston started in the bore when you get it out.
