places that rebuild cdale motors

i just bought a 2003 cannondale blaze motor to put in a cannondale quad that im building. the motor blew a cam bearing and there is shavings and junks all over in the motor and i was wondering about different places to send the motor. i would send it to ATK but it costs so much. could some one help me id like to ride it this summer.

It depends on what you want done.
Just going though the motor and fixing all the little things and cleaning it up so you don't have any problems could be as little as 350.00. If you want the killer fix, Big bore, Billet crank, Port Polish, etc etc, could be as much as $3000.00 Check out http://www.haydugcycles.com for some of the options and prices he offers.

Was that motor in the frame you are putting it back in if so make sure you flush it out really good or you put all of the junk back in to your motor!
Haydug did one of my motors and I got the Ultimate kit from him and am impressed with it! really wakes up the dale motors .Yea it was pricey but well worth it.
Timbomoose is another great guy to get work done by and Wistech also works on them.

..I have a HDC,head,cams and he put it togher...Tim did my stock crank,its either a 2mm or 2.2mm stroke,with SBM 98mm stroker piston,and Tim's custom rod...should have it running in the next few days..478cc on pump gas..it worked out to be..
