Default 400 sport girdle kit

I want to order a race pipe for my sport 400 but need to get some advice. Should I get the girdle before I put on a race pipe? Or will it be alright since I have no porting done. Right now I have a torquer pipe, trail mod head, v-force reeds, and keihen 39mm carb.

Just my opinion, but I think you will be fine w/out it until you raise your compression and port your cylinder. I would call rick ritter about a pipe 618-644-3211, he will guide you in the right direction.

The kit is not a neccesity but is cheap insurance for the $$$$$$ you have in your motor.
