Default Should I go with heavy duty springs?

I was wondering if I should go with heavy duty springs when I replace my clutch or just stick with the stockers?

Thanks

absolutely without a doubt it would be well worth the extra money I promise....I changed from the stocker to a racing clutch with heavier duty springs and it is so much better
