Len, it's looking good with top quality craftmanship. What silencer are you using and are the pipes ceramic coated?

Well Oleman , craftsmanship ???? ............... you know how it goes , if you want to try to do any thing right , Time ! Time ! Time ! and if I only had more talent and vision I'm sure i'd be much faster , or maybe I should just admit I'm getting old !!!!...... No , the pipe isn't ceramic coated , we'll leave that for after we've tested it , once were sure we have the bugs out and I'm comfortable with the overall layout and design . The mufler is a modified $50 stainless steel universal slip on for an sportcompact car , it is the exact same dimentions [ L&W ] as the stock polaris unit , weighs less and has a removable baffle, I finished the oil feed and return line to the turbo today so even though I hav'nt finished the air inlet side I was able to fire up the engine to hear what it sounds like and with the turbo I'd guess it's a little quieter than stock ,............the whistle of the turbo sounds great !!!

Turbo Scrammy ?????? , funny you mention it Extreme Skier , I decided last week that's next on the list , .......just love that Scambler and can't pass it up , gunna wait to see what the 06's have to offer first though

Len..

Happens to the best of us my friend. Like my Daddy tells me, "Getting old ain't for sissies."

I like the Maverick too. What engine are you running in it? I'm a Ford convert myself.

it's and 8.2" deck aluminum ford racing block , 4.16x 3.47 bore and stroke for a total of 377" , with a set of 70 351-C 4 barrel heads [ no high port ] and a 30 year old roush single plane boss 302 intake ,HP1000 cfm Holley , it has 2 ring pistons , bilit aluminum rods , and full roller valve train , 2.19 titainum itakes , smaller 1.65 stainless ex valves , jessel 1.9 int/1.7ex rockers , gross lift is .920/.710 in/ex

i also have a second engine identical , except with a 3.3" stroke for a total of 358"

The 377 makes close 730 hp and the 358 692 hp and are set up and run as naturally aspirated engines

This year were retiring the old iron 4bbl heads and installing a set of the new " Blue Thunder 430 " heads , all CNC'd From ET Performance in Michigan ,the intake ports on these heads are so tall that were using a 9.2 deck intake on the 8.2 deck block , with a 280 cc runner they flow an incredable 428 cfm on the intake and when CNC'd with a 300 cc runner can go over 450 cfm

We expect for over 900 hp on the 377 with these units
