Hey all i was wondering if anyone could help me out with some good parts that won't shorten the quads life basically im looking for a good pipe air filter and some other parts.. Also wat is the top speed of the Predator 500 TLD. Plus if you dont mind can u tell me wat the speed will be after the parts.

A good start to all you performance questions can be answered in a search on these forums.

Both the STD and TLD will have the same noticeable gains from mods so you can expand your search.

 

for the pipe i would go with the HMF, just ask RAJ. he knows everything. the air filter, i would go with any of the 3, UNI, Twin Air, or K&N. check out the thread on that, that will answer your question. the top speed of the predator is about 75, Dirt Wheels clocked it at 74.7. i would also go with radiator scoops. a few brands make those, HEP, rath, OMF, UM (which is what i have, you can see it in my pics), and thats all the brands i can think of. I wish I knew everything.....lol. I do know what works for me. I would get the HMF....IMO the best pipe for the Pred, I had the rath K&N intake and sold it. I like the twin air alot better. You will get alot better trottle response with the twin air. Send your carb off to Doug Nicholas @Nicholas Cycle for him to do his carb mods. And get his cdi box for the 05 when they come out.
