trx250ex exhaust ?

Default trx250ex exhaust ?

is there a baffel in the trx250ex pipe you're able to take out to give it more sound.... as well do i need to rejet if i do that....??

theres the spark arrestor, but ive heard not to do that unlkess you rejet.

i know someone that did that. it gives you longer gears and a nicer sound. if you really dont want to, theirs no need to re jet

Default trx250ex exhaust ?

Yes the baffle comes out with the three screws and it sounds 10x better. I did not rejet and she seems to run just fine. I dont believe that a rejet is needed.

hi there. if you go on e-bay and put trx250ex there is a nice billet tip for it i just odered one for me will tell how it is when i get it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] put the power tip on my 250ex nice sounds great and more power u got to get one makes a diff

taking the baffle out of the exhaust isnt the smartest thing to do... it changes compression and can cause ur valves to burn out

your wrong is does not hurt the valves its no diffrent then changing the hole exhaust.when you change the exhaust it frees up the flow same thing and the honda dealer said the same thing[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

oh, well what i said was just what i've heard from a lot of people. but if it came straight from a dealer's mouth that it wont hurt any then it must be right

LOL! Taking the baffle out doesnt change your compression OR burn up your valves!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAH
