when to take action.

so, heres the deal. I sent a fellow atvcon member a money order for some parts. from what i read he appears to be a trusting person. no B>S> threads and appears to be credable. we desided on the sale and the payment goes off. no parts. no pm responce, and no e-mails. Im not going to mention who it is incase there is some reasonable explanation but how long is a reasonable wait time and where do you draw the line.

this person was on a couple days ago. Ill give him a bit longer and then Ill have to regulate! to answer your question oldsmoboat, he hasnt pmed me about anything. If I didnt know that he was on a couple days ago then I would just assume he had shipped it and that was that. but for heL! sakes, at least update me on the deal!!

i have dealt with people like this as well... there are legal actions that can be taken if needed, but i say give him a week to notify you, but no longer than that. if still no reply, post a message telling us all who it is and to be aware of his actions.

okay, another weekend went by with no reply or product. If anyone knows Bradracer18 then tell him to send the stuff or give my money back. it would be considerate to at least tell me what the delay is. no PM, nothing.

You should never send money orders. They can not be traced. If you send a check at least it can be traced if you take legal action. I have heard of Bradracer18 and thought he was a good guy.
