well first of all make sure you get that thing broken in 100 to 150 miles of mild-hard riding and then oil change before you start modding

u may want to ask a dealer about the cold starting update for your carb

welcome to the forums

I own two 700EFI's, ones basically stock with the exception to a three headlight mod (the wifes) and then mine has the 27" ITP Mudlites mounted on ITP type 6 C series wheels, 2" front strut spring lift spacers, Warn 2.5ci winch, atv logic rear rack bag with coolers, three headlight mod, reverse override mod, pure polaris hand guards, polaris glacier plow etc.

I am getting ready to order/install the 800 head pipe and air cleaner snorkle and possibly a K&N air filter to wake up my 700EFI a bit more.

Oh yeah i will break it in before i start modding it. I really have to get used to the no shifting part. Only thing i was really loking for was maybe a pipe and from what ive heard if i get a good pipe i need to get a jet kit or a full injection kit. Im also considering the ITP mudlites and aluminum wheel kits...i found a palce where the "start" at 589 mounted. So i dont we will see what happens. Also i found a place Aaen<SP> performance that sells parts for these. They have a few clutch kits that suposedly make the belt drive work better and run cooler all while increasing take capabilities....anyone here try any of the products made/sold by them?

Good luck with the new ride and welcome to the forums. Different clutching will have more of an effect than an exhaust will. You could start off with a different primary spring and see what you think.

Welcome Pimpin'.

The 700 is a great machine.

Like silverbullet and others mentioned some mods but the clutch kit would be the most noticable improvement, the 800 pipe and snorkle would be a good addition too.

BreeseLawnand Garden has the 800 pipe and Pure Polaris/WB silencer as a kit for $275.
Or you can buy seperatly for cheeper at www.polarisOEMparts.com
