Where the silencer goes into the pipe where you have to put the donut gasket in.. should that be really tight in there and flush all around the opening? Because when I installed mine the donut shows a little more on one side and the exhaust is fit pretty tight but it doesn't seem to be as tight as it could be.

What kind of performance gains did you get? Is it worth it?

The straighter the grafoil donut lines up with silencer the better. By no means should there be a huge amount of the donut showing on one side and nothing on the other, we use the donut because it give us a good seal and a little bit of play when mounting the pipe to the muffler. It not a bad idea to put some high temp silicone on all of the conecting points of the exhaust to prevent minor leaks.

Now isn't that slick. Ask a product question, and the actual manufacturer comes on-line to give you the answer. Cool deal Jeremy!

Thanks Jeremy. No there isn't a significant amount of the donut gasket on one side more than the other. Just a bit and the whole setup isn't REALLY tight, its somewhat loose but isn't that bad. Just wondering if there should be a little looseness on the whole system.

You may have to look into a Dyno-Jet jet kit. From what i see here, most guys that run a pipe run one of these kits.
