2001 Banshee Problem
#1
I have a 2001 Banshee I just picked up.
I recently cleaned the air filter, replaced the spark plugs, bled both brakes master cylinders. I attempted to clean the carbs with carb cleaner while the air filter was out. The bike bogged and shut down. I couldn't get it started again. I checked for spark after noticing the plugs where soaked with fuel, I attached a clean plug to one of the spark plug wires and layed in on the cylinder head to check for spark, no dice. I can't see why there is no spark, before I cleaned everything it ran pretty good (all it needed was a cleaning).
Any Ideas?????
I did mess with the parking brake, could that be the problem?
What is the TORM (throttle override module)?
I've owned motorcross bikes (250, 125, etc.) never had a problem like this.
Any input would be great.
Nutty!

Was both of them not firing or just one?The parking brake should not have anything to do with it.If the throttle override messes up,it should start just not run right. This might sound stupid, but is the switch by the left hand grip turned on.It and the key must be turned on.

Neither sparks, I did an ohm test on the coil and found there was an open loop. It must have been a coincidence that the coil went as I was cleaning the carbs. From a motocross world, coils rarely go, but I also know they should have some resistance and not read an open loop.
