i was thinking bout selling my 04 650 and getting a rhino but i am still toren. the ? i have about the 05 650 is this. are the kawi cluch and tranny and limp mode still crap? ok there simple to the point and how does the H1 compare for horsepower against the v-twin? and i would like a response to that ? for after the H1 is broken in.

 

wezz......well the 05 dont have the limp mode problem unless your belt is coming apart......ond it seems to havea little more power than the 04,s from srock..also the H1.........well i out pulled it at the pulls last Sat.............but it is gettign better the guy who hsd it say...........it had about300 miles on .i couldnt say forsure as i didnt drive it.......but i do know it has broken 3 cv joints........or i should say pulled 3 of them apart......

 

Hey limrok, I wouldn't necessarily think it a negative comparison if you outpulled a new H1 with your machine. Look at your list of mods -- Cam, module, key, exhaust, clutch etc. I would certainly expect that machine to out pull or out run a new H1. If he was even close it would speak quite well for the H1 engine in my opinion.

 

weez, are you serious about getting a rhino? I think you would be disapointed in that after riding a 650. Check out the H1, the people I have talked to all love theirs, one guy even has the V2 as well. Maybe you should also look at the King Quad. Good luck!

 

thank you for the inputs everyone. and i have driven the rhino and with the kind of riding i have been doing it is about perfect. of corse i won't have close to the same amount of power my 650 has, heck the grizzly doesn't have the power i have when it was stock. but we usually just drive around slow and in the spring and fall when you take off in the morning drive around all day long and start heading home when it is dark out it would be nice not to freeze my twig and berries off. and on the farm it would be ideal. i don't think i will buy another v-2 i love the fourwheeler so much but absolutely HATE all the other kawi parts on this machine except the locking front diff of corse. i guess kawi got themselves a checkmark in my list of atv's i will never own. after owning 4 arctic cat atv's i know i will be back after arctic cat comes out with a side by side. and hey catter you wanna buy my 650 lol i will sell it to ya for 5300 but you gotta come and get it.

 

Man, too bad I am not quite ready to buy another one yet. Hell, I even live in Minnesota.

 

hey chumley the bank has lots of money and you can never have to many atv's in your corral lol. if i sell it straight out i will let the dynatek cdi go with it but if i trade it in i will sell it for 200 dollars on here, and it is brand new i burnt my other one out and just got this one in the mail last week and i put about 5 miles on it yesterday to make sure it works good and it does [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]. she is a sexy machine it has about 1400 miles on it (i do alot of riding on the roads and stuff) but i only have about 92 hours on the machine and the front brush guard is really beat up this is the third wheeler i have had it on. i would take it off and have it powder coated at work so it looks brand new again. if you seriously are interested chumley just message me.

 

I REALLY wish I could be a serious buyer, but I bought my 650 two weeks ago and the ol checkbook can't handle another payment until I get my motorcycle paid off. Crappy timing I guess, I would offer to buy the dyna but I can get them new for less than $200 (I've got some nice wholesaler connections).

If I'm still around and you still have it next spring then we can talk again.
