I've ridden both. 700 in a LandSlide!! the 400 pulls harder in the mid but the 700 just keeps going and going.

 

i raced a 700 the other day on my 400. He beat me by about a little less then one quad, till he hit top end and pulled away. When i get my mods this summer i should be able to get the jump on him, i dont expect though to pass him on top end, nor do i really care about top-end that much.. The only thing going against the 700 is its weight. Both are bad-*** machines though. rode the 700 for the 1st time the other day and that thing is a blast too!

 

Even a stock 700 can be very quick with some good clutching.

 

I beat a Z-400 last weekend. Twice!
