On a Raptor there is 2 drain plugs. One on the bottom of the oil resevore, seperated from the engine and in front of it(I think it is black). And Im not sure if the other one is on the side or underneath the engine on a Raptor, check your owners manual or ask someone on here.

Now, as far as it being drowned.....how drowned exactly did it get?

I recommend doing what you did and change all fluids and filters. If it took in water I recommend changing the oil multiple times very often for a while. At least a couple times after that milky color goes away from your oil.

Its gonna take a while and a lot of oil changes to get that water out. I have read about something that you can put in with your oil that dries the water out with one oil change but i dont remember what it is. Sorry I couldnt be more help

I just joined because I had the same thing happen, it was PLUM FULL of water. Mine was wet locked so I used the same mix. I will describe to you minus the oil to put in the cylinder to free it up. I used mixture of probably 10 parts 15w-40, 6 parts seafoam, 3parts marvel mystery oil, and about 1 part slick 50. After I drained the 4 quarts of water and about three and a half quarts of milkshake oil, I changed the oil with 2 quarts of this mixture and ran it for about 5 min. sitting there revving it slightly. The mixture that was drained had about the same consistency and color as the original oil. I then did the same oil change with a mixture, without changing the filter and ran it for about 1 hour, checking the dipstick for signs of moisture in the oil periodically through out the ride, and drained it. What I got was an oil colored mixture, that was slightly darker than I would have liked to see, but the good news, it only had a VERRY small amount of water. Now, you could not see it, but you could smell and taste the water in the mix. I ran two more changes, one with about 15parts 15w-40, 2 parts seafoam, and 3parts marvel, and the last one that is still in it 17 parts 10w-40, 2 parts Marvel, and 1 part slick 50. It is running smooth as it ever has with an exception that the carbs are a little bit touch and go, I think there may be a problem there...(oh, I forgot to mention, I got about one half quart water out of the drain spouts an my carbs)

Good luck to everyone!

Wondering how you got the water into your engine? Through the intake while it was upside down in water and left running?

I believe so. Everything happen so quick it was hard to tell. I was going along then she started to float then all of a sudden she rolled over. Not very fun but it all part of the fun if you know what i mean. I wish the thing whould have stayed a float. Should the rappy float like 4x4 atvs or do they just roll over. It is good to know thing. If they do float maybe i just didn't do the right thing. I am going to run sea foam thru the oil a few oil changes till she runs clear then put my 20 50 spectro in. Also going to run it thru my fuel system for a few tanks or 3 to clean her out. Also putting a new iruduim plug back in and possbly changing the antifreeze to but not for sure.
